What if I want to make the full payment for the scooter, how can I do that?

You can log into your River account and make the balance payment. Alternatively, you can make the full payment at any River store.

If I make the full payment, will I get the delivery of the scooter within a month?

Deliveries are made within 3–4 business days from the date of the full payment. You can track all delivery updates in your River account. Any delays in delivery is most likely due to government RTO processes.

What is covered under manufacturing warranty?

The manufacturing warranty covers chaindrive, sprockets, any wear and tear components, and manufacturing/workmanship defects on parts excluding belts, fluids, plastics, rubber parts, brakes, harnesses and consumables.

Can I top-up my existing Extended Warranty?
